We are looking for a Machine Operator to work at a bell pepper sorting facility in Bleiswijk.
Responsibilities:
- Operating sorting machines;
- Quality control;
- Ensuring continuity of the sorting process;
- Coordinating the work of the team in the sorting area.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Bleiswijk;
- Working hours: 7:00 – 16:00/17:00;
- Starting salary: €15.00 gross per hour;
- Overtime pay: 135%.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and/or Dutch (mandatory).
- Experience in a similar position is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage a team and organize workflows.
- Experience leading a group of employees is a plus.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility in performing tasks.
